We aim to be as competitive as possible on our selling fees without compromising on our service in any way. We would agree terms by way of either a fixed fee, or a percentage fee. It very important to us that you are offered sound, honest and sensible advice throughout your sales experience, during what can be for some buyers and sellers, a very stressful event!
If you shopped around, you would be expected to pay anything from 1.5% upwards plus VAT, by any of the local estate agents. Having been selected as a possible 'agent of choice', we would simply try and save you money where we can by offering you a favourable 'selling-rate'.
Having decided on the best way to market your home, including setting up the initial asking price, we would simply agree a fixed fee amount that won't change no matter what the property sells for. Percentage-wise, this could work in your favour!
REMEMBER - WE DO NOT YET CHARGE VAT ON ANY OF OUR FEES - ANY UPFRONT FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE - your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any loan secured on it.
You choose how you would like us to look after your asset.
We will take care of everything right from the start, and throughout the tenancy; leaving you to get on with your life with peace of mind and confidence.
Set Up Fee is 25% of first Months' Rent.
We find the tenant and carry out the referencing before making a recomendation to you about the validity of the proposed tenant; the you liaise directly with your tenant from then on.
Payable once the tenant moves in.
New Legislation means that Letting Agents can NOT charge you Extortionate Referencing Fees anymore.
A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more then 5 weeks rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000.
A refundable holding deposit capped at no more than 1 weeks rent.
REMEMBER - WE DO NOT CHARGE VAT ON ANY OF OUR SERVICES, AND WILL NOT BE BEATEN ON FEE
